Tom Regan, account manager of KAT Communications, has accepted an invitation to serve on a regional Recovery Council led by the Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse of the North Dakota Department of Human Services.
The Recovery Council’s mission is to build a recovery community and help end the stigmas associated with addiction and recovery. The council, which meets quarterly, is made up of stakeholder partners including state employees, health care providers, individuals from the faith-based community and people in recovery.
“I look forward to working with the Council on important recovery issues as they apply to the individual and the community,” says Regan. “I’m honored to serve and I'm proud that KAT as a company encourages this kind of community involvement.” |
