KAT helped Parents as Teachers National Center (PATNC) develop a training tool for their parent educators that would supplement and reinforce group training requirements. Through its multi-level structure it allows individuals to study any of a number of topics at their own pace and allows ample opportunity for additional learning through links and printable handouts.
